| Description | One of the major problems encountered currently by firms is that they face the grow of the size of stocks. Growth stocks are associated with growth of capital, which is bound in stocks and the firm can not use it any other way. In the long run is the best solution for the enterprise to optimize the inventory level along the supply chain. Supply Chain Management will increase the level of service delivery and reduce logistics costs. This will result in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. |
