| Description | Consumer protection presents a significant component of private law. It is no wonder that consumer protection has take an important place in the new European codification project of private law - in the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR). This contribution should try to comment on some selected questions of consumer law that are included in the book II. DCFR especially on the question of the anchorage and manifestation of the consumer protection as a principle of the private law and the information duties. |
