Description | The aim of the contribution is to identify educational needs of students of full-time masters studies of social disciplines in relation to career management skills. The author defines career management skills as the skills required to address (coping with) typical career topics of these students. Educational need is perceived as a realized potential of students to develop career management skills in order to achieve a subjectively perceived ideal application of these skills in their solving of career issues. Career issues and educational needs are identified on the basis of content analysis of portfolio of students of the follow-up masters studies in the study field: Social pedagogy and counseling. |
