| Description | The paper summarizes structure and processes of crisis management on the regional and municipal level. Emphasis is placed on solution of crisis situations connected with creation of floods, especially on the regional level, but also at the municipal level. In conclusion there are formulated proposals for improvement of crisis management system in region and at the municipal level in the given segment. |
