Description The current time in the lifestyle of people just are not always positively. The main aim of the mapping probe was selected on the lifestyle of the sample of pupils at primary school before they enter secondary school. Using non-standardized anonymous questionnaire was addressed more than 200 elementary school students and multi-year gymnasium. One section examined the file was running to school with extended physical education, the other not. It was assessed whether higher physical activity at school affects the appropriate dietary behavior, exercise regimen, and minimizes problems with pathological addiction. The results show that children attending school with extended physical education, have better eating, drinking and exercise regimen are more often smokers and alcohol abstainers than their peers in mainstream schools without expanded physical education. It confirms that a properly classified and dosage school physical activity can act pre-emptively at many moments of high-risk lifestyle of children and youth.
