Description | This presentation summeries the influence od setting various parametres on the properties of resulting layers on glass substrate formed by plasma jet. The first part summarized briefly problems of plasma jets and further is wettability of the glass substrate and contact angle measuring described. Next part is devoted to introduction to application of artificial neural networks, which were used in evaluating data obtained. In the practical experiment were the parametres influencing the final properties of layers obtained defined. Methodology of using experimental design is described and the possibility of modeling the behavior of the system using artificial neural networks is evaluated. Samples were measured by analytical methods like confocal microscopy, SEM, AFM, IR and RTG diffraction. |
