| Description | The Masaryk University teachers utilize the tools of Masaryk University Information System (IS MU) to create Interactive Syllabi (electronic multimedia navigation pages for courses), to work with ROPOT applications testing their students electronically (used for regular revision and examining their students with the aid of computers and scannable answer sheets), Homework Vaults collecting (and enabling them to check) their students' papers, drill-based textbooks as well as other utilities integrated in IS on a daily basis. These teachers can also use the services offered by a team of specialized technicians (as part of the project titled System of Education for Programs of Studies Innovation with IT Support) and they can draw on materials available at Elportal (http://elportal.cz/). That is where they and the general public can find (apart from the very publications in various areas) instructions on designing these materials as well as various recommendations and tips. Moreover, Elportal contains copyright information related to e-learning. The paper describes this e-learning portal and focuses on its benefits not only for IS MU users, but also for the general public. |
