| Description | The developed technological process allows direct visualization of individual DNA molecule on sub-nanometer level. The process consists of special atomically flat surface (muscovite mica) treatment by silanization procedure followed by DNA deposition on such surface. The manufactured samples are ready to be visualized by AFM microscopy thus allowing analysis on a single molecular level. Its a manufacturing process. |
