Description | The paper deals with adaptive mapping system and its application in crises management. It addresses the issues of context definition in crisis management, i.e. in field when a diverse group of professionals is involved in an emergency, each of them having a specific task and knowledge background. Three types of context in crises management are defined and analysed: identity, functional, and core emergency context. Examples of context will be given based on a pilot study "Flood emergency". |
