| Description | Monograph contains partial results of the analysis of municipal environmental public expenditures (EPE) in the breakdown of the various areas of environmental protection and for the region, for the period 2005 to 2009. Contains base interpretation of the definition of EPE and their classification, including the definition of efficiency and due to EPE. Gives methods for assessing environmental costs and the methodology used in the world. The last chapter contains the methodology proposed by the authors, and accredited by the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic, including the case study. |
