| Description | The primary focus of my contribution is a comparison of the Czech and Slovak inheritance right. I will summarize the development of inheritance right in both countries and will point out individual differences. I shall not focus on inheritance right in general but will emphasize the aspects related to family law. The aspects of ownership and property after death of a next of kin will be pointed out and the differences between Czech and Slovak legislation will be mentioned. |
