| Description | The paper deals with the Hungarian electoral system and its specifics. The analysis is done through use of the French two-round majority system as a primary basis for comparison. The aim of the paper is to discover whether the nominal component of the Hungarian system prevails in its summary effects or if the other parts represent a blocking mechanism moving the system closer to PR systems. |
