| Description | This publication shall be another contribution to theoretical discussion continuing in Czech legal discourse in recent years. It brings theoretical analysis of some crucial problems connected with legal interpretation and understanding law in the context of trying legal cases. The book is based on hermeneutical approach which is characterized by emphasis put on the role of pre-understanding and hermeneutic circle in legal interpretation and legal reasoning.
