| Description | The paper analyzes the development of Czech family law within spontaneous convergence of family law in Europe. Special attention is paid to the Principles of European family law drawn up by the Commission on European family law on divorce and parental responsibility. The final lines are focused on rate of account of the Principles of European family law by the the main creaters of the new Civil Code. |
