| Description | The presented paper deals with visualization of data from wireless sensor networks. Because of high variability of used sensors (various manufacturers, measured values, etc.), it is necessary to standardize access to data, their transfer and consequent visualization. In the first part of the paper, state-of-the-art and main directions of development in the area of sensor and geoinformation networks are presented. Visualization of sensor data is discussed in the second part of the paper on an example of sensor utilization in agriculture. Discussed are various aspects of data transfer form sensors and their visualization in a newly developed map client allowing acquisition of data from sensor networks and their interactive visualization in a map. |
