• Description: We have found significant difference of MMP-2 (-790T/G) genotype distribution(p=0,05) in association to significant increase of at least one allele G (TG+GG) in patients with lower PP (p=0,01). Polymorfismus MMP-2 (-790T/G) signifikantně přispívá k variabilitě aortálního pulzního tlaku.
