| Description | The contribution was presented in a conference named "International Criminal Court - Perspectives of International Crimes Judging" that took part in the Faculty of Social Studies of the Masaryk University. It demonstrated the various views on the organization and functioning of the International Criminal Court in two perspectives. Firstly, the arguments of the Court's opponents were explained and analyzed. Secondly, the most important arguments of its supporters were presented that summarized the importance of the establishing of this unique international institution. |
