| Description | Arbitrator may be full age citizen of the Czech Republic, who has legal capacity. A foreigner can be the arbitrator, if he has legal capacity by the law of his state. Disputes can be decided by arbitrator or permanent arbitration court. The number of disputes in arbitration increases. Let us hope that the forthcoming amendment makes it more difficult to do acts, which are not legal. |
