| Description | The paper focuses on describing and analyzing the effects of subsidiaries of multinational companies. Features upcoming and currently implemented by the research on fundamental characteristics of multinational companies. The research focuses on the areas of organizational development, centralization and cooperation, knowledge and innovation, strategy and last but not least, ethics and culture of multinational companies. The output will show the functioning of subsidiaries of multinational companies operating in the Environment of the Czech Republic. |
