Description Raclopride is a D2 dopaminergic antagonist. Dopaminergic pathways are known to interfere with the activity of liver biotransforming enzymes. This work aimed to reveal the differences in metabolic activity of 2D2, 2C6/11 and 1A2 isoenzymes of cytochrome P450 after various kinds of raclopride administration in rats. Some differences in CYP metabolic aktivity were identified in CYP1A2 and CYP2D6, differences were observed also within the groups of animals administered intracerebrally, intraperitoneally or acute administration in the model of isolated perfused liver.
