| Description | The lecture focused on the analysis of two questions concerning the HR implementation within armed conflicts: the question of mutual relation between the HR protection and humanitarian law and the issue of extrateritorial application of HR. These issues were discussed and illustrated on the particular decisions and statements of ICJ, CHR, Inter-american Commission for HR, African Court of Rights of Individuals and Rights of People and above all on the case-law of the ECtHR. |
