Description This overview of the work, which includes the outputs of various research studies, further attempts to offer readers a more comprehensive view of the role of dogs in human society, its origins, manifestations and properties. Notes the benefits that a dog gives a man such as companion, protector, guardian, therapist guide. Long and focused process of breeding dogs picked up the characters that people regarded as positive and beneficial, because the dog resembles "his own image". The canine model is studied by a number of phenomena, in particular aspects of voice and body communication, psychology, behavior. Handling a dog genetic material allows the study of human diseases. The dog may also, on the basis of their olfactory ability to predict the number of disease states in humans. Canistherapy contributes to manage disorders in persons with disabilities, helping conventional pharmacological treatment for many diseases. Old people get through the dog a new motivation for life, friend and confidant. and perfectly healthy person can benefit from the relationship to the dog, and keeping fit and high quality of their lives.
