| Description | This contribution deals with issues related to the legal regulation of the state budget in the Czech Republic and the European Union budget. In addition to the character of the Czech State Budget Act and the European Union's general budget and the differences between "traditional" legislative acts and these legal norms, the author focuses on budgetary procedure. The contribution contains also a comparison of budgetary rules in the Czech Republic with the budgetary rules in the European Union. |
