Description The article deals with the application of the Civil Code in labour relations. Principles of the application of civil law in the legal relations governed primarily by the Labour Code will be significantly changed by the amendment of the Labour Code, which enters into force on 1 January 2012. After the change it will be made explicit that the Civil Code is used in labour relations based on the principle of subsidiarity.
