| Description | Depositional architecture of the Lower Badenian infill of the Carpathian Foredeep in Moravia significantly differs from the classical models for the peripheral foreland basins. Lithological evaluation of more than 400 wells from the Northern Moravia allow us to recognise 6 facies associations. Their spatial and temporal relations are discussed with the aim to get new information about the basin formation. |
