| Description | The text describes experience gained at the Language Centre at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, with developing new foreign language courses for academic and specific purposes as well as soft skills courses in foreign languages. The text includes the analysis, which was carried out for the purposes of soft skills courses among students, employees, researchers and human resources personnel. In the conclusion we state the lessons learned, how this experience influenced our work, other courses and how it helped us develop professionally and personally. |
