| Description | The toolbox for the kernel estimation of bivariate density in MATLAB (Kernel Bivariate Density Toolbox) was created. This toolbox contains many matlab scripts useful for kernel estimating of bivariate density, especially several methods for choosing of optimal bandwidth matrix and methods based on empirical estimates. All scripts are included in an user interface. This toolbox is free and can be download at www.math.muni.cz/~kolacek. In the pack, there is a detailed help for the toolbox also. |
