| Description | The Knowledge Assessment Methodology is one of the possible ways of knowledge economy evaluation. This approach has been developed and implemented by the World Bank. The presented contribution deals with knowledge economy analysis at the level of EU27 and the attention is paid especially to the position of the Czech Republic and its development in time. The Czech Republic with its value of Knowledge Index (KI) 7.90 takes the 16th place, among the new member states it is on the 3rd place. In accordance with Knowledge Economy Index (KEI) the CR takes also the 16th place, among the new member states it is on the 4th place. |
