| Description | This Article, based on the research on the spot, focuses on delimitation of the personal substrate of the new state of Kosovo. The crucial question is, however, whether or not Kosovo can be considered as a state. The topic of citizenship of this state is dealt from two diametrically different points of view - the Kosovo and the Serbian approach. Some kind of solution is indicated in the respect to both of these approaches. |
