Description | New surface finishing of dental implants from titanium alloy Ti35Nb6T coated by a TiN layer (i.e. ceramic coating by titanium nitride). The alloy with Beta structure is suitable for long-term high-quality osseointegration even in risk patients. Novelty is in the technological process used for forming of Beta titanium alloy with resistant coating layer that exhibits optimal biological, corrosive, and physico-mechanical features. The advantage of the newly-developed dental impants is shape variability, biological inactivity andlong-term mechanico-physical toughness even in not extremely healty patients. The implants have a wide use and competitivness due to higher quality than recent dental implants, especially in their mechanico-physical features, surface characteristics and shape variability. |
