| Description | This publication is dedicated to the problems of elementary school education in the Czech Republic. First of all, the author draws from his long-time experience with teaching at elementary schools in the text and especially, from extensive research realized with the form of observation, interviews with teachers as well as results from a questionnaire survey. The introduction deals with the aims and content of elementary school education; the work focus are the following texts about the teaching process: the teaching methods used in individual subjects and connected teaching forms. The conclusion disserts on the problems connected with the evaluation and classification of pupils’ achievement at elementary school. |
