| Description | This article is devoted to issues of protective detention which is a new type of sanction in the Czech criminal law. The protective detention belongs to the group od protective measures. It is determined to special group of most dangerous offenders (sexual sadists, aggressors). The author deals with some selected theoretical and practical problems connected with legal regulation of protective detention. Especially she focuses on the problem of retroactivity. She deals also with some questions of execution of protective detention. |
