| Description | The article deals with legal aspects of production and use of chemical substances. Because of the broad scope of the regulation of chemicals, it is focused on Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. Basic regulatory instruments used in REACH are explained and implementation requirements are analyzed. |
