| Description | We are focusing on new challenges appearing to social dialog partners as new agenda of industrial relations. Changing of industrial relations and transfomation of production from industrial to post-industrial form have shaped new type of social risk. Those types of new social risks (NSR) are different for all participants. We are trying to describe and specify these challenges in view of selected contemporary theories. The reason is more analytical approach to connections between NSR and industrial relations in future. |
