| Description | There are some people on the labour market who can find job hardly. Some of them are people with health disadvantage. Usually, people with psychiatric diagnosis who are part of this group, not get enough attention. The aim of this paper is to provide their view of their possible success on the labour market. Also we will offer the opinions and experiences of the employers and mental health workers. The goal is to unswer the question: "How is the employment of people with psychiatric diagnosis socially constructed from selected acter's point of view?" |
