| Description | Mediation is currently one of the tools of social control in which social control is summarizing term for all the mechanisms that ensure order and stability of the society. In this conception, mediation is a way how to deal with growing conflicts in post-modern society, and with the discontent of participants of the conflict with their solutions. Mediation looks for new approaches to reach mutual understanding of pluralism of thoughts, ways of behaviour, value systems and orientations. |
