| Description | The book deals with possible liberalisation of labour relations in selected fields of labour law. In the opening chapter, the fundamental terms – liberalisation, flexibility are defined and principles concerning the considered issue are examined. The following chapters analyse possibility of liberalisation of selected institutes of labour law – collective labour law, fixed-term employment relationship, working time and rest periods, direction of an employee by his employer and termination of employment relationship. |
