| Description | The aim of the workshop was to meet and discuss the current situation of the profession, furthermore to analyze problems and suggest appropriate solutions to them. The form of Forum Theatre was chosen for this meeting with the support of specialists. The aim of the seminar was to unite professional interests of teaching assistants and to enable them to strengthen their positions at schools. The website was created to provide study materials and to share ideas in the forum. The meeting of teaching assistants was recorded and it will be analyzed by the means of qualitative research strategy. |
