| Description | Findings of this chapter reveal a significant potential for development of cooperation between the foreign police and non-profit organizatiČons in order to eliminate some major problems in the interactions between police officers and foreigners. The analysis also shows internal factors of the work of the foreign police, such as shortcomings in the work environment and lack of faciliČties, limited career opportunities, an inadequate advocacy by senior management and low-prestige of the jobs in the society. |
