| Description | The issues of lifelong learning belong to the priorities of European and national programs. The continuous process of acquisition, renewal and enhancement of competences, knowledge, skills and qualification throughout life plays an important role in the area of education of people with disabilities. Education is seen as a key for social inclusion and is connected with achievement of competitiveness at the job market. The theoretical research presented in the chapter deals with analysis of legislation and strategic documents focusing on education of adults with disabilities in the Czech Republic. |
