It analyses specific aspects of social enterprise and social firm and also approaches the conditions of working life of disadvantaged people in the specific social firm Jůnův statek. The determinants of employment are specifiedin this work because they are important for finding out peoples satisfaction with particular part of their working life and their improtance. Acquired data present summary about meeting the respondents specific needs which has to be assessed to analyse the overal job satisfaction and furthermore; the quality of working life. |
