Description | The chapter deals with the reflections of the pedagogical translation in the research probe of the teacher educators. The work defines the concept, i.e. teacher educator, and describes the research methods. The technique deployed in the research is called concept structuring. The technique allows the researcher to describe and visualise the subjective teachers’ beliefs. All the results are tagged at the binary level only to create the platform for further research using multilevel tagging systems identifying the proper content of the teachers’ beliefs in the field of the pedagogical translation. The results of that particular quality research were used to define the questionnaires for further quantity research of the pedagogical translation in the ESL teaching. |
