| Description | The paper is devoted to the ongoing research, creation and use of an adaptive test of English for the purpose of evaluating Masaryk university students' overall level of English on the basis of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages before their enrolling in ESP classes of their respective faculties. It summarizes the history and basic principles of computer aided testing and presents the actual test and its results obtained so far. |
