| Description | The article is devoted to the issue of online gambling, subjects permitted to online gambling, the conditions for the operation and legalization of the game in the Czech Republic. Online betting is a relatively new kind of game, even though the conditions of the Czech legal environment has already occurred before they were permitted by the Ministry of Finance. Online gambling has many opponents and proponents, therefore, attention will be paid to both views on the game itself. Also will not be ignored the legal regulation of the game abroad. |
