| Description | The paper presents a solution for electronic public tenders experienced at Masaryk University and called "Dynamic Shopping Systems" (DSSes). The DSSes are organized either by individual faculties (decentralized DSSes), or a central administrative unit (central DSSes - the subjects of public tenders are summarized across the whole university). The DSSes are operated fully electronically, via three basic SW components: e-Tenders, e-Requests, and the Economic system. |
