| Description | Decontamination formulation is prepared by mixing a water solution of the haloalkane dehalogenase LinB from Sphingobium japonicum UT26 (LinB-UT) with Organic constitution component (OCC). The decontamination procedure consists of two stages: (i) application of the decontamination formulation on the contaminated surface and (ii) rinsing of the treated surface with water. The Yperzyme Kit contains material for preparation of 2 litres of decontamination formulation.The results was made based on the verification of properties. |
