Description | Paper deals with the issue of tertiary education in applied form at universities. There are notso many financial sources for funding lecture improvements except Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme or special ministerial fund for university development. Using this grant scheme we prepared new kind of course concerning to European Union issues. This course we call hybrid because of its essential content and especially for methods we use. By combination of standard teaching, ICT seminars and elearning support we suggest the way how to teach project management together with current EU topics and cartographical visualization under public-private-partnership. Outputs from the course will be fully opened. The course is being taught at Department of Geography, Faculty of Science, Masaryk University Brno. |
