• Description: Hepatocellular carcinoma is the fifth most frequent tumour globally especially due to high prevalence of HBV infection in undeveloped countries. In the Czech Republic is the prevalence not so high - approximately 500 new cases are diagnosed every year almost all in cirhotoc patients.
