| Description | The Czech criminal law is based on criminal liability for subjective and objective elements of crime. It is typical regulation for Central Europe and it could be seen similarities with German, Austrian, Slovak and Polish law. Since 1 January 2012 criminal liability of corporations was implemented. The Czech Criminal procedure is continental type with inquisitorial and contradictory characteristics. |
