Description | The paper deals with the management of the Professional Chambers with compulsory membership in the Czech Republic and focuses on their financial management. The Professional Chambers are public corporations that own property and manage own budget. Attention will be paid to the management of their assets. Partial results will be drawn from my analysis, and assess the state of de lege lata, and recommendations for changes in legislation and economic status of selected subjects of self-governing interest groups de lege ferenda. We can recognise only common rules in acts which established these corporations for their management. Although the focus of regulation of property management of selected subjects of the self-governing interest group should lie in the internal regulations, lawmaking in this area remains insufficient. On the grounds of this situation there is appropriate to recommend some changes of legislation in this area. |
